ROYAL CARD – the Loyalty Program of the Regency Group of Hotels is aimed the individual guests who visits us regularly. Regency Group of Hotels values your patronage and also we want to ensure that you are getting proper service and satisfaction to remain us as your preferred Hotel.

By becoming a ROYAL CARD MEMBER you are eligible for the following benefits:

  • » NRS – No Refusal Status for check in at any given date or time at any of our hotels.
  • » Auto upgrade to the next category room subject to the availability
  • » 20% OFF on any of our hotels on any kind of rooms (above 2500 tariff only)
  • » For every sixth check, room only complementary for one night for Card Holder only.
  • » Birthday and Wedding anniversary Lunch / Dinner complementary for Card Holder + one person absolutely free n our chain of restaurants
  • » 20% OFF on all food and beverages in any of our restaurants
  • » 15% OFF on all your Banqueting functions at our Hotels
  • » 10% on all other services
  • » Privileges on this card can be availed by the friends and relatives of the card holder except clause 5

Terms and Conditions:

  • » Privilege Card membership is valid in Regency Group of Hotels only.
  • » The Privilege Card is valid up to one year from the date of application.
  • » Privilege Card processing fee is at ` 1000/-
  • » Members will be notified of renewal upon expiry of membership. In the event of mail failure members are responsible for renewal at any Regency Group Hotels.
  • » The Regency Group of Hotels reserves all rights to alter at any time the terms and conditions and privileges offered without prior notice.
  • » The Privilege Card is transferable and user must produce proof of nominee upon request.
  • » The Process fee is strictly non-returnable.

Loss, Damage or Theft of Card:

  • » In case of loss, damage or theft of Privilege Card, please notify our Customer Service personnel at our Head Office immediately in writing.
  • » A replacement fee ` 500/- is applicable for the replacement of Privilege Card.

Processing Lead Time:

  • » Your permanent Privilege Card will be mailed to you with in one month from the date of application.
  • » Meanwhile, you can start enjoying privileges with your temporary Privilege Card.
